Meles Zenawi in Japan for G8 summit






Ethiopia's Prime Minister Meles Zenawi is in Japan to attend the G8 summit. The G8 summit will be held from July 7-9 in Hokkaido, Japan and this is the third G8 summit that Meles Zenawi has attended in recent years. He is expected to hold discussions with G8 leaders on African issues. Ethiopia's Prime Minister has been a regular at this summit of the World's wealthy nations plus Russia. Ethiopia is one of seven countries in Africa attending the G-8 Summit
