Senegal urges African countries to deploy troops without further delay







Addis Ababa, July 12 (WIC) – Senegal called on African countries which pledged to contribute troops to African Union Mission to Somalia (AMISOM) to urgently deploy the peacekeepers.

Senegal's Ambassador to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the AU and ECA, Ambassador Amadou Kebe,said additional peacekeepers are needed to pacify the country that has been marred by civil strife for years. more ..http://www.waltainfo.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1290&Itemid=45
