Djibouti talks


Reports from Djibouti say that Somali government delegates and the opposition group have started to hold crucial talks on litigious subjects between the two far-off opinion sides at the nation house in Djibouti officials said. The main outline of the talks was how Djibouti peace agreement articles could be implemented by the two sides.
