Somalia: Govt, Opposition to Establish Joint Committees

DJIBOUTI CITY, Djibouti - Delegations from Somalia's interim government and the opposition Alliance for the Re-liberation of Somalia (ARS) arrived in Djibouti on Friday, as the United Nations reinforces efforts to cement the Djibouti Peace Agreement signed in June.
