newly formed JUBBALAND ARMY prepares to retake port city from al shabaab Terrorist






The administration which was defeated in Kismayo has held meetings with the administration of Bulo Hawo District and traditional elders while at the same time making preparations. A meeting attended by the former Kismaayo administration led by MP Barre Hirale, district administrations in Gedo Region and elders of the Sede clan(MAREHAN) was held in Abdinur Hotel in Bulo Xawo yesterday.The meeting discussed military preparation to attack the port city of Kismayo from which mareehan clan(jubbaland army) had been driven out by al shabaab jehadist forces. MP Hirale himself has been in Ethiopia for the last days to ask Ethiopian government to help him to push out the islamists from Kismayo. Further reports say that officers accompanying Barre Hirale wish to go further into Ethiopia to meet with other Ethiopian officers. Meanwhile, the first deputy governor of Gedo Region, Muhammad Abdi Kalil, that they support JUBBLAND ARMY efforts to recapture Kismayo city.The islamist fighters are still controlling the town.Some Islamists, including the spokesman Robow, have rejected a United Nations-backed truce between moderate Islamists and the government reached in June,
