Mohamed Sa’id Jaqandaf, a police commander of Puntland said that the explosion was targeted to Qaaha intersection in Bosaso where the police of Puntland were searching the traffic for security reasons and said that at least 13 people were injured in the explosion that most of them were civilians.Terrorist al-shabaab group claimed the responsibility of the explosion and the regional administration of Puntland declined to say more about the explosion accident saying that there are search operations continuing in the town.It is the first time that such explosion occurs in Bosaso town since Abdirahman Mohamed Farole was chosen as head of the state of Puntland.
