Sudan's fugitive president Omar al-Bashir picks up more frequent flier points

The Sudanese president is safe while he stays home -- Khartoum didn’t sign on to the Rome Statute that set up the court -- but risks being nabbed if he travels to a country that is an ICC signatory. Now, like Robert Mugabe, another notorious international pariah, Bashir is picking his destinations carefully.
