least ten people have been killed in a plane crash in Uganda. The Soviet-era Ilyushin cargo plane crashed into the Victoria lake after it caught fire shortly after take off from the international airport in Kampala.The plane was on its way to the Somali capital Mogadishu, presumably to supply Ugandan peace troops in the country. Three of the dead are senior Burundi military officers.
