NAIROBI - The spokesman of the World Food Programme (WFP) for Somalia Mohamud Hassan Guuleed, said Tuesday delegation from WFP signed an agreement with the jehadist Islamist administrators in Middle Jubba region in southern Somalia. Mr. Guuled said that the agreement was about how the World Food Program would work again in Middle Jubba region.
