Al-Shabab attempted to kill worshippers in masse as 40kgs explosive buried inside sufi mosque

somalia:A bomb weighing 30 to 40kgs was overnight buried inside a big mosque at Guri-El town in central mosque. The security personnel of the moderate Ahlu-Sunnah Waljama aka sufi have apprehended three men believed to be the buriers of the bomb inside the mosque. “The main target of the bomb was to detonate it while the worshipers are inside the mosque performing their dawn prayers in congregational, fortunately we got tips that their was a bomb buried smother in the mosque and we used our experts to defuse the device, the three men are figures we know and they are members of the so called Al-Shababs, and we shall take them before the law and punish them according to the crime they have committed after been found that they are guilty” said Sheikh Abdi Rizak Ashari the spokesman of Ahlu-Sunnah Waljama in central regions of Somalia. This episode has been the talk of the town on Monday morning, and people were saying how these men who are members of Al-Shabab are merciless willing to kill worshippers in mass. This will be the first incident of clandestinely burying explosive device in a mosque where hundreds of worshippers come together in the fear of God.
