Why Is the Media Ignoring the Al Qaeda Plot to Kill Hillary Clinton?

Kenyan authorities announced on September 5 that terrorists from Somalia with alleged ties to al Qaeda planned three bomb attacks in Nairobi while Hillary Clinton was there, August 4 – 7.
Electronic communications between the Nairobi terror cell and their handlers in Somalia were intercepted by Kenyan anti-terror investigators.
The plot, which was stopped by Kenyan security officials, was in the final stages, and threatened the life of the Secretary of State. Terrorists with links to the al Shabaab group were planning to bomb the Hotel InterContinental where Hillary Clinton was staying. They were also planning to bomb the Kencom Bus Stage, and the Hilton Hotel.
The masterminds of the attack were in contact with Saleh Nabhan, one of the FBI’s most wanted. His personal assistant, Anas, is alleged to have been coordinating the plot.
Five suspects, all Somalis, were arrested, including one carrying a Danish passport with forged Danish identity papers. Danish officials have no knowledge of the individual.

While in the past the real target of the attacks has been Western interests, the al Qaeda leadership has since made Kenya a new target.
