Pro government soldiers and al-shabaab Terrorist fight in southern town

(TF.SF)—Heavy fighting between pro government soldiers and al Shabaab terrorist rebels has erupted in Burdhuhle Village in Bakol region in southern Somalia, witnesses say.
The fighting started after the pro government soldiers attacked bases of al Shebaab Terrorist rebels in the residence. Locals said the two sides have used heavy gunfire in the fighting and the sound of gunfire could be heard around the area. Aden Mohamed Saransor, a government official claimed they took control of the contested town from al Shabaab terrorist. The casualties of the fighting are unknown yet. There is no word from al Shabaab about the fighting. The pro government soldiers in Yeed town near the Ethiopian border say they are determined to take over Bay and Bakol regions in south western Somalia from al Shabaab. Al Shabaab militants control most districts of Bay and Bakol regions.
