ABUDWAQ SOMALIA(TF.SF) – High meeting conference organized by The Islamist clerics of Ahlu Sunna waljama’a is opened in Abudwaq district in central Somalia, officials said on Friday.Officials of the clerics talked more on the agendas of the conference and told reporters that most of the envoys designed to attend the meeting had gathered at the district saying that they would hold it today.Reports say that the officials attending the gathering are including the general leader of Ahlu Sunna Waljama’a clerics Mo’alin Mohamed Sheik Hassan and more other high officials who were from in and out of the country.Sheik Mohamed Yusuf known as (Hefow), one of the officials of Ahlu sunna clerics explained more for the journalists on the agendas of the meeting on Thursday afternoon saying that the numbers of the officials gathered at the district were about 200 officials declining to mention the real number of attendees. The reports from the district say the clerics made formal invitation to the regional administrations and the transitional government of Somalia.The security of the district was highly tightened for reasons of assuring the security of the officials attending the meeting which is supposed to be held on Friday.At least 6 checkpoints were put before the gate of the meeting centre and all the attendees were given cards to identify them and would be sought in all of the different checkpoints in the venue of e conference ..
