Somalia’s security ministers accuse hardline insurgent group Al-Shabaab of employing violent tactics to continue with its plans of plunging war-torn Somalia into further disarray.Interior Minister Sheikh Abdiqadir Ali Omar and his national security counterpart Abdullahi Mohammed Ali (Sanboloshe) said the Islamist group has received the backing the foreign fighters to continue with the violence.“Al-Shabaab is using violence to make sure Somalia does not attain peace and stability. The government will take urgent measure to counter that,” said the interior minister.He adds, “I don’t want to explain to the press about the government plans but we are planning the flush them out of Mogadishu.”On his part, the national security minister said the government is taking into considerations the civilian casualties once its planned offensives against the insurgent are launched. “The government will use downy tactics in avoiding civilians’ casualties in its preparations for the planned offensives against the anti-peace elements,” he said.Al-Shabaab ad its allies control large swathes of the country southern and central including the capital Mogadishu and has declared its readiness to defend the territories.However, the government, which is confined in few blocks of Mogadishu, has been insisting that the planned offensives will a full scale one that will eliminate the rule of insurgents from the capital and other regions.Government forces have already embarked on security search operations in major roads with
