4 arrested over Al-Shabaab links

Mombasa, police are investigating two men over allegations of recruiting and training Kenyan youth for militant duties outside the country. The anti-terrorism police at Maganyakulo village in Diani arrested the duo during an operation at 3 a.m. on Saturday morning.
