President Sharif Visited Muna Hotel, the Site of Today’s Terror Attack

(TF.SF)Somali President, Sharif Sheikh Ahmed visited Hotel Muna, the site of today’s suicide attack carried out by Al Shabab militants, killing at least 33 people including 7 lawmakers.“Al-Shabab’s assault on a hotel filled with fasting innocent civilians is a proof of not only their evil nature but also their desperation” the President said in a statement adding that this terror attack “will only redouble the Somali people’s resistance against this transient menace”The President sent heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and prays speedy recovery of the injured.President Sharif called on the security forces to “defend the citizens against the Al Shabab terrorism” and he vowed that “the wicked deeds of the Muna Hotel attackers will not be forgiven or forgotten.”“It is the duty of all Somalis to see what Al Shabab really are — heartless and deviant criminals” the the President said in his statement.


 At least 33 people were killed by the Al Shabaab Militia in the Somalia Capital Mogadishu as they declared what they described as a 'final massive war' on the so called 'invaders'. The deaths included six Somali Members of Parliament after the group attacked their hotel in Mogadishu Today.
