Meeting on AMISOM and TFG held in Bujumbura

BUJUMBURA (TF.SF) – AU heads have held meeting on the activities of the AMIOSM troops in Mogadishu and the transitional government of Somalia in the Burundian capital Bujumbura and discussed more on how the difficulties of Somalia would be achieved, reports say.

Reports from Bujumbure indicate that the meeting was organized by the high officials of the African Union and suggested the easy way that AMISOM would redouble its efforts for the restoration of the peace and stability in Somalia.

They also said that they would continue supporting the transnational government of Somalia led by president Sheik Sharif Sheik Ahmed adding that they would submit their outcome to the UN Security Council, IGAD and European Union.

The latest reports from the meeting say that all heads attended the gathering had lastly discussed the bombardment of the African Union troops AMISOM against the civilians in Mogadishu urging the troops to respect the people experiencing the difficulties in the country.
