MOGADISHU (TF.SF) – Mohammed Abdullahi Mohammed, the prime minister of the transitional federal government on Sunday started paying monthly pensions for former Somali military members who lost their vital limbs in defending the sovereignty and the nation of Somalia. After visiting to the Martini Hospital in Indian Ocean resort war-torn city of Mogadishu, the prime minister said that from today on his office is open for Somalia’s former and retired military disabilities to come and take their monthly payments. The statement of Mohammed was cordially welcomed by the disabilities with applauds and happiness.
The premier prolonged talking acclaiming the sacrifices made former Somali military soldiers during Somalia war with Ethiopia in 1977. He also talked about that his government will make its priority in taking care national army to re-liberate the country from what he called foreigners who invaded the existence of Somalia nation.
Farmaajo today visited legends that suffered during 77 war. His cabinet for the first time paid these war veterans since Criminal gang overthrew Honourable Somali President Mohamed Siad Barre in 1991.
