Amisom Expresses Concern Over Govt Political Crisis,President, PM Depart to Kenya for UN Security Council Meeting

Mogadishu — The president of war torn Somalia, Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed and his prime minister, Mohammed Abdullahi Mohammed Farmajo have flown to the Kenyan capital Nairobi on Tuesday to attend United Nations Security Council organized meeting on Somalia
The president was accompanied by the Somali Premier, deputy parliament speaker and minister of education, according to the minister of defense Abdihakim Haji Mohamoud Fiqi
Somalia's top TFG officials will attend the UNSC sponsored meeting on Somalia peculiarly the transition period since the tenure of the government is due to end in August this year.
The security and the latest developments of the fighting against Al Shabaab will also be mooted in the discussions, said the minister of defense.somaliland Puntland and Gal-mudug administrations will also take part in that meeting.
