Kenyan Al-Shabaab and Al-Qaida fighter killed in Somalia amid foggy Kenyan position on terrorism

Friday 6th May 2011,an information from local informed sources in Gedo region of south central Somalia indicating that; the corpses of Kenyan foreign fighter has been found near Garbahaarey town.
According to the sources, the partially decomposed body of foreign Al-Shabaab and possibly Al-Qaida fighter from Kenya has been found by pastoralists who called in local residents who in turn had to bury the body according to Islamic teachings.
Before the burial ceremony had started, local residents with the supervision of traditional elders, searched in his pockets to extract any documents or things that might help them identify the place where this foreign terrorist came from.“We put our hands on plastic bags and searched his pockets, we found Kenyan ID with pieces of papers written in Swahili and English, we also found his Islamic farewell, his name was according to his poorly written farewell, “Abu Ahmed Al Kini” this name was however completely different than the one on his Kenyan identification document. Said local resident who requested not to be identified for security reasons.“We tried to decipher some of the papers that we found with the dead Kenyan terrorist, unfortunately most of it were blood-stained and generally in poor condition. However we managed to extract a few words that we failed to put in an appropriate context” Said Another resident.Mareeg Online contacted traditional elders in the area where the body was found to further probe this incident and managed to receive pictures of the recovered papers, one paper is apparently rough sketch of what appears to be a western target in the heart of the Kenyan capital, Nairobi. It’s worth mentioning that, Kenya has been for years a key crossing point for international terrorists into Somalia with the direct facilitation and complicity of the Kenyan Government. On 22nd April 2009, a key notorious Somali radical Islamist who is also a Russian trained Ex-colonel “Sheikh Hassan Dahir Aweys”, a frequent feature on the US terror watch-list used a Nairobi-based airline Capital Airlines to fly to Mogadishu from Eritrea under the supervision of Kenyan intelligence officers. The Story was extensively covered by Kenyan and international media following a deliberate information leakage from western intelligence sources. The Somali government had written a protest note to Nairobi accusing it of aiding one of the men on the US list of wanted terrorists shortly after the incident.Furthermore, on 2nd August 2008, Al-Qaida leader named Fazul Abdullah Mohammed, (a.k.a. Haroun Fazul), narrowly escaped capture in Kenya according to Kenyan newspapers reports. The US government claimed that Fazul had important roles in the 1998 embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania, and the 2002 hotel bombing in Mombasa.According to Kenyan news papers, Kenyan police raided a house in Malindi, a town on Kenya’s coast. Two passports bearing Fazul’s picture but different names were found, as well as his notebook computer. A Kenyan newspaper reported that a local police officer may have tipped off Fazul about the raid minutes before it took place. A half-eaten meal was discovered in the house, and the television was still on, leading police to believe that he ran out of the house minutes before they had arrived. Fazul however is currently believed to be inside Somalia. He is in charge of the East African recruits (mostly of Kenyan origin) with Al-Shabaab Islamist militia,a group considered by many as Al-Qaida’s proxy in the horn of Africa. The Suspicious circumstances surrounding the Kenyan government's ambiguous dealings with terrorists including the alleged escape of this important Al-Qaida terrorist leads to legitimate questions whether the rampant corruption in Kenya has infiltrated into the police and intelligence institutions in charge of combating terrorism, or probably this is part of a bigger strategy to divert international terrorists away from Kenya by facilitating their way into Somalia.Harakat Al-Shabaab Al Mujahedeen(HSM), a Somali Islamist violent rebel group with alleged ties to Al-Qaida Global terrorism networks has recently issued a threat that they will attack Kenyan and western targets in Nairobi, according to  Kenyan police announcement. Many security experts believe that if this foggy Kenyan policy were to continue, a major terrorism act can be expected in Kenya at any time.
