The Somali Transitienal Federal Parliament {TFP} presents its compliments to HE.
the Secretary-General of the United Nations and takes this opportunity to
laud HE`s recent visit ie ln particular, the TFP commends his decision to see
for himself the blight and the suffering of the Somali people brought about
by the lengthy civil strife coupled with natural calamities, like the drought.
The TFP however, felt offended by the oversight ef the Secretary-General to
meet during his stop-over at Megedishu Some representatives of the TFP, which
happens to be constitutionally the most important Organ in the Somali
