Press Release : Somali radio journalist murdered, dozens of clan leaders, journalist and chiefs have been murdered in Puntland,Faroole's leadership In Question

we need justice for Farhan Abdulle



Somali Exiled Journalists Association (SEJASS) is dismayed to learn that an armed men killed another Somali prominent journalist tonight .  The presenter of radio news programme in Somalia, Farhan Abdulle (James) was murdered in the city of Galka'yo, a few hours before the celebrations of the World Press Day.  He was going home from his station, Radio Daljir, in the country's central town of Galka'yo controlled by Puntland Administration, when two unknown men with pistol shot him to death and immediately escaped from the area.  "We strongly condemn this horrible killing and demand justice for Farhan Abdulle and all other journalists who have been killed" said SEJASS chairman Mohamed Osman Hussein.
