Hello:
ReplyDeleteI have been doing research on the reconstruction of Somalia and am very interested in getting any sort of assessments about the quality of training
There have been courses by the UN, AMISOM, the Italians, and here in your report, the Turkish government.
What is the impression or (perhaps there has been a study on effectiveness of these training programs) you have?
