Somalia: Security Forces Arrest Terror Suspects After Deadly Bombing in Baidoa Abdi Adan Hoosow, Former Governor of Bay region Among the terror suspects

Baidoa — Somali security forces operating in Bay regional capital of Baidoa of southwestern Somalia have arrested terror suspects in a massive security operation on Wednesday, terror free somalia  reports.
According to officials, intelligence briefings led to the arrest of three alleged organizers and the closure of garage.
"Definitely, the recent deadly suicide bombing was orchestrated at a garage in the town, we arrested three persons who have been linked to terror act and closed the garage," said Abdi Adan Hoosow, the Governor of Bay region. "Among the terror suspects are the owner of garage and two technicians".
Continuing, he added that one of the relatives of the suicide bomber was also seized during the security sweep. On Monday, a suicide bomber hit vehicles carrying politician and former governor of Bay region Abdifatah Geesey, killing a dozen including civilians and uniformed soldiers. Despite military offensives in south-central Somalia, Al Shabaab honed military-style ambushes, suicide bombings and planned assassinations.
