Somali talaban president arrives Mogadishu

Somalia’s president Sharif Sheik Ahmed from neighbouring Djibouti has reached in the capital Mogadishu, officials said on Monday.The security of the airport has been tightened ahead of the arrival of the president. He was escorted to the presidential palace.
The president has strongly condemned the suicide attacks that killed 11 Burundian African Union soldiers in Mogadishu. “The soldiers did not come into our country to harm the Somalis but they came to help us,” said president Sharif.“They will leave the country when the Somalis reconcile them selves,” he added.??

He also welcomed the clerics ????who are mediating between the government and the opposition...This is the second trip to Mogadishu since he was elected. The Somali Taliban Government cabinet name is expected to relocate to the capital after the seat of the Somali parliament captured by rebel Islamists who vowed fighting against the new government.
