Tensions Arise in Mogadishu between Hawiye Jihadist,Military commander killed in Mogadishu

MOGADISHU — Tensions arose in the capital Mogadishu after a senior hawiye Islamist commander and his security guard have been killed in Mogadishu by suspected Al-Shabaab Terrorist , witness said on Thursday. Sporadic fighting between Al-Shabaab Terrorist and Islamic_Courts_Union that work with the government have started in the area that the commander was killed. ex-jehadist Somali talaban Interior Minister Sheik Abdulkadir Ali Omar said that the government would not tolerate the “assassins who kill prominent people in the capital.”
The statement of the interior minister comes as a senior Islamic_Courts_Union official and his security guard were killed in Mogadishu. The official Sharif Mohamud Hassan(Kariye) was working with the government and his car was targeted by al-shabaabTerrorist .
The minister vowed that they will not tolerate the aimless killings and the violence that is still continuing in the capital. “You know that a cleric MP was killed in Mogadishu yesterday and today a senior official was killed, we have many times called for peace and it was rejected so after this time we will defend the people,” the minister said.
He called for the Hawiye people to take part restoring the peace of the capital.
