Somali teen ?? indicted on US piracy charges

Somali teenager ? caught by US forces who freed a US merchant ship captain from Pirates last month was indicted Tuesday in New York on piracy charges. The suspect, Abdiwali Abdiqadir Muse was charged in the grand jury indictment with "piracy as defined by the law of nations" in international Water- off Somali . The 10 count indictment, released by the federal prosecutor's office, also included charges of armed hijacking and holding hostage for ransom. Pirates Muse is due to be arraigned in court on Thursday, prosecutors said.
