According to locals, scores of civilians have been killed and many others injured in the ongoing battle. One-Clan secessionist Enclave, situated in northwestern Somalia, Isaaq Clan secessionist Enclave unilaterally declared independence from the rest of Horn Africa country in 1991. Somalia hasn't had a fully functioning government since 1991 when Hawiye warlords (USC) and One-Clan secessionist Enclave.(SNM) overthrew Honorable Somali President Mohamed Somali central government.
