MOGADISHU Al-Shabaab Terrorist have killed in Eelbarde town in Bakool region in south western Somalia three officials who have been working for local, non- governmental charity organization, officials said on Friday. The officials, who have been working for KCC, the local NGO charity organization died after the Al-Shabaab jehadist opened fire on their car that was traveling near the town of Eelbarde. An official who survived the assassination said that the head of charity Hussein Omar Mohamud, was among those, who were killed in the attack..On the other hand, one person was killed and three others were injured after al-Shabab Islamists fired to people who were selling Khat, narcotic leaves, in Dinsor town in Bakol region late on Thursday. Most of the business centers were closed late on Thursday after the incident and it is not known the reason behind the firing of the bullets to business people in Dinsor.
Large demonstration against al-Shabab took place in Baidoa last month after they banned the Khat to be sold in the town.
