Djibouti, -The Union of Islamic Courts which has been meeting in Yemen for some time has disclosed that it had reached agreement to support the Djibouti agreement, subject to amendments.
1. To consolidate the Union of Islamic Courts.
2. to resolve and put an end to the differences existing within the courts.
3. To revise some of the articles and tone in the Djibouti agreement.
4. To raise the peace efforts to alliance level.
In an interview with the BBC, Prof Addow declined to specify the articles they would like to amend.
5. To expeditiously set up a committee to implement the articles on which the courts had reached agreement.
