Somalia's new Prime  Minister  Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed  (Farmajo)  to wage war on al-Qaida in Somalia has become inevitable, in view of what caused the organization of instability and insecurity, stressing his intention to expel the elements of the organization and his loyalists from within the territory of Somalia.

- Perhaps, but members of my qualified and have a university education and some even have graduate degrees ... They are ready to serve this country, and most had a long experience in the field of specialization.

- Well, the situation in Somalia is complicated, and the security situation is very bad. The main problem is two things: the security issue, and the presence of a strong government and effective.. * Some rumors claim that the choice of ministers governed by the background of your relationship with America?

* Who are your enemies in particular?

- Are these jihadists who have come here from Afghanistan and Pakistan in an attempt to obtain a safe haven and the exploitation of Somalia known conditions and the absence of a functioning government since many years, in order to launch their attack on the rest of the world from here.. These are our enemies. The Somalis belonging to them, they are not the attackers, and have no background on the ideology espoused by them We are talking here about the fighters and international terrorists because the local Somalis here do not understand what they fully understand.

* This means that the first will be your war against al-Qaeda?

- Yes ... Those who came from Afghanistan and Pakistan, and they should leave immediately, and seek to fight their country, instead of using our territory and the exploitation of our citizens.

* Is «base» is strong enough to destabilize the country?

- Yes, definitely. Those belonging to the organization and has strong military capability and combat, and we must confront them because they threaten the peace and stability in Somalia We do not have any other option to defend ourselves and our country and our citizens, if you came here to destroy my country will not hesitate to confront them and fight them ... I appeal to the Arab world and the international community our support, because these terrorists if they succeeded in their mission and won this war, here you will not hesitate to go to any other Arab capital, will remain a safe and sound.

: How do you do that?

. - Certainly without the support of the international community will not be able to achieve what we want to eliminate them. This is the best opportunity for the United States and the Arab States and Europe and Africa to come to us for help so that we can regain control of things.

* Well you think of a special relationship with the United States?

. - We will work with any country, including the Arab and Islamic countries, especially African countries that have forces here are working within the African Union forces to peacekeeping, such as Uganda and Burundi.. We will establish special relations with any country that wants to combat terrorism or to have a common interest with us in the elimination of «Qaeda» and terrorism. - We are talking about peace, and are ready to positive dialogue with those who are not linked directly to al-Qaeda .. Anyone who is willing to work with us to rebuild the country we are ready to cooperate with him.

* A report says that Somalia tops the list of risk exposure to potential terrorism, do you agree it?

- Yes.. There is no doubt that al Qaeda can only live in an environment such as Somalia, where a strong government.. And have a safe haven to launch the strategy. * * What do you expect from the Arab world?
