The Horn region and the entire world is aware of President Hassan dispatching almost his entire cabinet and top military brass to plan and strategize for the brewing of chaos by employing divide and rule tactic laced with millions of donor funds meant to buy loyal armed youths and some opportunist to spoil the process of Jubaland formation and set communities against each other with an intention to show jubaland as an inter-clan affair. Yes, the President through his proxy; the Minister for Defence have succeeded in fermenting and causing chaos in Kismayu but didn’t succeed in attaining their goal of derailing the Jubaland government and if anything misled some few groups who paid the price with their lives.
