A recent report by the International Maritime Bureau said pirate attacks worldwide have more than doubled in the first half of this year. For Rashida, this story is a daily reality. Her husband, Imran, sails in a small boat. The family relies on his income and - despite the fact that he has been captured by pirates in the past - he has to keep working.Rashida and Imran live in the village of Salaya, which is on the coast of Gujarat in India.For Outlook, Anna Cunningham visited Rashida and Imran during his two months at home.
