Contemporary civil wars in some parts of the world particularly in Somalia Somali are primarily of a political nature. There is, however, some degree of incongruity present in other conflicts that have ethnic nature such as Rwanda and Burundi (Hutu versus Tutsi), or those of sectarian nature such as Iraq and Lebanon (Shia versus Sunni) - although energy was the primary motive that triggered the Iraqi war in the first place. There are also resource driven conflicts such as Democratic Republic of Congo (blessed or cursed whichever it maybe, with precious resources such as Colton, diamond, uranium, gold,). And conflicts that have strategic importance such as Afghanistan-the only viable export route of Caspian energy basin worth more than 12 trillion dollars. .Somalia’s civil war is unique; it is not any of those mentioned above. Its roots are political, and the main protagonists (Hawiye warlords of all stripes) are all presidential wannabes. When the all hawiye Islamic Courts entered in the political scene in June 2006, we thought an endogenous political group were about to take root, at least blessed with moral rectitude. That prospect has now been dashed. The new administration led by Talaban President Sh. Sharif Sheikh Ahmed are exogenous in nature, they are enormous in size and lack coherence much less a moral rectitude. The task before them is massive, they can hardly fulfill a fraction of what is demanding to be done.Somalia is cursed with an awful social stratification power-sharing formula (4.5). However cumbersome that formula may be, it would have been mitigated and made manageable if much of the deal was to be done amongst Somali leaders in a traditional Somali fashion. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The so called international community is calling the shots.Feingold Advocates for Change in U.S.-Somalia Policy..'Very Naive, clueless.... misguided...left-wing Apologists conference They designate the winners and the losers in Somali conflict; they dispose and depose the leaders of their choice, in other words they are the de facto major stakeholders in the Somali political setting. Thus, any administration Administration that emerges from such a process is ultimately expected to put the preferences of the international actors first, and the desires of the Somali people second. But all depends how the new leaders keep the tricky balance between demands of the international community the aspirations of their people., one of the reasons some Islamists are still dragging their feet when it comes on pledging support for the current government, the prospects is very bad . there is no hope. The government should use military means , that is what we adviced same as international backers advice them to do so. My guess is that jehadist Terrorist Hassan Dahir Aweys and jehadist Terrorist Al-Shabab spokesman Mukhtar Robow Ali alias Abu Mansur , The most Dangerous man Sheikh Hassan turky http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dB2mnoXLoec&feature=related and the lieutenant al shabaab , will never join hands with the government in restoring peace..Somali Talaban mostly Hawiye Government is not willing to Fight In their own .They Know most of these Jihadists are on USA Terrorist list, Shabaab al-Mujahideen: They are die-hard jehadist, they will choose to stay away from the political process,The threat is from violent extremists who are a small minority of the world's 1.3 billion Muslims, the threat is real. They distort Islam. They kill man, woman and child; Christian and Hindu, Jew and Muslim. They seek to create a repressive caliphate. To defeat this enemy, we must understand who we are fighting against, and what we are fighting for. obviously they would be to capture or kill ..Let me quote the British politician Sir Winston Churchill (1874 – 1965) saying:” Never, never, never believe any war will be smooth and easy, or that anyone who embarks on the strange voyage can measure the tides and hurricanes he will encounter. The statesman who yields to war fever must realize that once the signal is given, he is no longer the master of policy but the slave of unforeseeable and uncontrollable events,Terrorists filter into Africa
